o   Managed a team of nine professional technical managers including CTO, Systems Admin, Field Technical Support/Helpdesk, Network Management/Systems Security, Application Management, DR/BCP, Telecommunications, Product Development and Enterprise Project Management staffed with 185 employees

• Responsible for all Strategic IT Planning and Project Management for the various technology initiatives undertaken at four subsidiary companies

• Major Accomplishments include:
  • Formed, staffed and managed the Enterprise IT Department
  • Developed and implemented  IT governance policies and procedures
  • Designed and deployed an MPLS/DSL VPN network to 150 branch nodes for security and resiliency
